For customers

Your identity, your consent

Why choose TrustNexus?Verify once+

Because you verify once, properly, and every institution on the network accepts it. You stop re-uploading documents, and you gain one place to see and control who has access to what.

How does signing up work?Onboarding+

Create an account, upload your identity documents once, and two independent compliance reviewers verify them. From then on, onboarding with any provider on the marketplace is a click and a consent.

Do I need to change banks?Existing relationships+

No. TrustNexus works alongside your existing relationships. When your bank joins the network it simply accepts your verified identity instead of asking for documents again.

Who can see my documents?Access & consent+

Only institutions you have explicitly granted consent to, only for the scope and duration you chose. Every access is recorded and visible to you.

What happens when I revoke a consent?Revocation+

Revocation takes effect across the network immediately. The institution’s access is terminated and the termination itself is recorded as evidence.

What if my passport expires?Document renewal+

You renew the document once. Every institution relying on it sees the update instantly — nobody chases you for it.

For institutions

Joining the network

How does our institution join the marketplace?Onboarding institutions+

Talk to us. Onboarding an institution covers regulatory scoping, connection to the consent and evidence systems, and listing in the directory — typically alongside your existing compliance tooling.

What is four-eye verification?Review model+

Every customer file is independently reviewed by two compliance professionals before it earns network trust. No single reviewer can approve an identity alone.

What do we show the regulator?Evidence+

An export. Every access, transmission and approval is recorded as structured, timestamped evidence at the moment it happens.

Does TrustNexus replace our compliance team?Ownership+

No — it removes the repetitive collection work so your team focuses on judgment. Your obligations stay yours; the network gives you verified inputs and complete records.
