01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TrustNexus platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrustNexus.

02Description of Service

TrustNexus provides a digital identity verification and trust management platform that enables organizations to:

• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) verification
• Manage consent-based data sharing between organizations
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
• Access verified identity data through secure, permissioned channels

03User Accounts

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying TrustNexus immediately of any unauthorized access

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Platform without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

05Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Greek data protection legislation. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

06Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by TrustNexus and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

07Service Availability

TrustNexus strives to maintain high availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime when possible.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrustNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

09Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. TrustNexus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR provisions.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece) and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

11Changes to Terms

TrustNexus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
